• • The center is located in Barangay Asin, Bayambang.

By Car

• • From Downtown Bayambang:
• • Head towards the Junction near 7/11.
• • Turn left at the intersection.
• • Follow the straight road to reach JKQMWC.

From San Carlos City

• • Take the highway towards the San Carlos to Bayambang road.
• • Follow the road signs leading to JKQ Medical & Wellness Center
